A simple program for working with encoded Lineage 2 files. The program fully supports the original Lineage 2 file format as well as L2EncDec. The program supports a simple method of Drag’n’Drop files and folders into the program window for encoding/decoding, which gives more flexible and easy use All-At-Once.
